Are these bolts that hold the case together necessary or can i remove them(white) the yellow are other case bolts that hold the two halves together and the blue are where my engine is mounted to the frame it also holds the two halves together sort of

Second are the groves in my case restricting flow and would it be better to remove them? (red)
