Lawnmower shop, hardware store, Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Anywhere that sells 2 cycle tools like weedeaters or chain saws will carry small bottles of 2 stroke oil, usually premeasured for one gallon at 40:1. I use the oil to mix up a gallon for my chain saw, then measure 2.6 ounces of TCW3 into the bottle for a 50:1 moped mix. The little bottle fits nicely in the tool kit tray under the seat.

BTW, I have mixed “in the tank” for my boat’s outboard for years, since there’s no way I’m going to premix 20 gallons, and so far the world has not come to an end.
