i figured that it doesn’t matter who calls the bank because the machine will not accept it if the number is invalid. my actions/decisions were made based on incomplete instructions from the bank. they should take the proper steps to ensure that ignorant people aren’t taken advantage of by assholes that know how the system works and know the loopholes.

even if we have to pay for it, is there any way that we can push them to make new manuals that contain said crucial information?
