is my welder good enough for this?

i have a little 110 volt mig welder. there are some old bolt holes on my frame that i want to fill. i know to take it slow, etc, so the frame does no warp. is this a sufficient welder for the job? i havent done much welding, just tacking sheet metal, etc.
