Puch Big Bore Kit Confusion?

Hi Everybody,
I have a Puch Maxi MKII, and am interested in getting a speed kit for it. I went to mopedshop.com, and some of their Big Bore kits said that the kits could work with “standard Cylinder head and standard Bing carburetor”. Does this mean that I would still need to pay to have the engine Bored Out? If so, how much does that usually cost, if not, is it possible to simply buy the kit (when in stock) and install? thanks for the help guys,
