Actually not, because there’s nowhere to lock it (except maybe to the sign itself.) I usually use bike racks, but I’m not sure it’s allowed. I’ve scoured the city code, and they make no mention of where mopeds are or are not allowed to park. Apparently I’m allowed to lock a bike to a parking meter so long as it’s not a meter for a handicapped spot. I might try that some day … “It’s a bike, officer. Really. It just happens to have a motor too..”
