Seriously, men get to “opt out” and women get to “deal with it” Men should be castrated for knocking up a girl and ditching her with no child support. In the case of “whores” being professionals in the sex trade, it is their responsibility to provide protection and take care of themselves just as a welder is responsible for wearing goggles. In anything else both parties are responsible for the consequences of their actions.
Besides this, if you are the crying shoulder for a friend who’s life is a string of self-inflicted disasters realize that this is all you can do for them. Some people seem to need crisis in their life for whatever reason and you can’t save them, so don’t let them drag you down but don’t abandon them either, just think what they’d be like if they didn’t have someone somewhat stable as an anchor.
