When I was stationed in Texas, I though it was cool that everyone in the car can drink(open container) except the driver….So, we did what everyone else was doing and that was everybody in the car drinks and when we you get pulled over,,, the driver hands the beer off…....

But the cops still busted him for DUI,which they should he was legally over the limit….Then we all got arrested once we got out of the car for PI public intoxication….

Turns out they gave out PI’S like candy at easter,,,,Heres the funniest part, one of the guys was passed out in the back(minivan) They woke him up, then gave him a PI…ahhhh Texas
