Re: Moped DUI's?

My friend did. We rode out of the bar together, but he had trouble starting his moped. He ran a light and hit a car. He is ok though, the cops showed up and took him away. He got a DUI. I came back and got the moped, so at least the moped didn’t get impounded. DUI is a DUI.
