Yeah we need titles here in WI too. It sucks. Its best to just buy one from a junk yard for like 30 bucks and use that title. The guys at the dmv don’t come out to make sure you put the stickers or plates on said ped, and a cop that pulls you over is just going to run yer plates to make sure its not stolen. So long as there the same color, and yes you can tell the people at the dmv you painted yer ped and they will change the color on the title, no cop will be able to tell an 85 motobacon from a 94 tomos
