I circled the idle screw in the picture. I don’t remember which way is which, but it should be pretty obvious once you play with it for a second or two.

Mine doesn’t go 30 on flats either. Unless yours is going like 15 or 20 all the time, I wouldn’t worry about it. If you’re looking to do 30+, run a search in the performance tuning section. You should find enough results to keep you busy reading for the next month.

If you end up wanting to change your jet but don’t know how, watching this might help.
