How valuable is an old Honda Cub 50?

There is a slightly different one on craigslist for $150 (not running but supposedly just needs a new plugs etc):

Is this a really good deal? Its about 1.5 hours from me and I’m not sure I want to make the trip, but if it could be fixed up and sold for over a grand it’d be worth it…
