Trying to Tune the carb.

SO i just bought a 78 Kromag. It runs great, but can never hit 30 on flats. Sometimes at idle it feels like its going to stall out, other than that it runs well. I just wanted to know how to tune the carb and adjust the idle speed. My first Ped so Im clueless.
