Abandoned ped FFA?

Word on the street up here in Madison Wisconsin is that if a moped, or for that matter a bike or bass drum, lawn mower, whatever sits up somewhere on either public property or on property you rent, you can claim it as abandoned property and keep it. Growing up I always wonder what those orange “abandoned” stickers on peds and bikes meant, but apparently you have a meter maid right you one up, dated and signed, and after X number of days or weeks, its up for grabs.

Anywho, hippy christmas or “moving out day” when all the rich east and west coast fucks go back to there mansions and plantations, they tend to leave all kinds of valuable stuff behind for us human roaches to scavenge, i.e. text books, grow lights, speakers, couches, movies, all kids of shit, including mopeds and scooters by the dozens.

So if anyone knows the details of the legalities of claiming an abandoned moped lemme know, and If anyone round these parts wants to hippy christmas and slap stickers on with me this year, give me a holler.
