note about tomos: they have no soul.
as far as a fast bike, you can throw a kit on any moped. you don’t need a fast bike to ride on fast roads, just be aware of whats going on around you. I have to jump on the highway a bit to go to work and I ride stock. worlds fastest 30mph maxi.
