buy a brand new tomos. they are pretty reliable, and have a good amount of parts available. it’s a two speed also you’re in AZ so you can ride year round! maintenance won’t be too difficult either since it’s new

i ride my puch maxi to and from work when it’s riding season, and sometimes my vespa ciao.
