mope_head – perfect, the smaller one is the one capped off, so no worries there.
caitlin – your’s is in awesome shape! This one is definitely going to need a repaint…there was another listed recently on CL going for 800 – I think bikes like these are really hard to come by in New England, and so under 400 is pretty much a steal if I can get it…I had to pay 450 for my Puch Magnum back in the day and it sold for close to 800 when I let it go…
So you guys would recommend it as a daily commuter? Wish it topped out a little faster, hopefully with some tweaking it will hit my target of 50. But the next worry is trying to get it to qualify as a moped, just because I’d need to get my motorcycle license AND get it checked for emissions…
