Regarding places to stay . . .

I like riding mopeds. I even like to stay up a little late later than normal and watch people make asses of themselves, have a few drinks, whatever. Thing is, I like to go to bed at 1:00 and do this weird thing called sleeping. I don’t want to hear fireworks going off in the hallway at 3 in the morning. I guess I’m pretty lame because I just want to ride mopeds, hang out and then go to bed. So where do you recommend? I’m really not this lame in real life. Well, maybe I am . . .
