the town isnt too big, but the downtown area around 1977 will have a lot of general hanging out, you can usually find people there if you are bored and ronrey. last year people were at dan and emily’s but i’m pretty sure they dont live there anymore. generally the college area and rocketstar cafe have a lot of mopeds. you’ll flip, everywhere you go you see mopeds, and after being there a day you’ll know so many of them, you can usually see someone, follow them and see whats going on.
the knights in, i believe it is, usually has a lot of moped people stay there. its kindof a tough hotel, but they dont mind the noise and are cheap. good place if you will be wanting to party, otherwise find something around campus.
no helmet law… the upper midwest is still reasonable like that, but you are riding in a pack of a lot of mopeds so i would definitely reccomend it. chicago kurt would have died about 50 yards in front of me at red october without his. it was still a pretty brutal crash.
if you die and ruin the party, i’m gonna be pissed.
