The moped junkyard has the gasket for cover plate.You can reuse the old one over and over if it’s not ripped.Here’s a pic of the boot on the cable.You don’t have to use de-compreeor valve but it has to be in the jug.A metric bolt will fit if you take out the de-compressor valve.10mm x1.50X 20 bolt at ace harware for .62 cents
