Sorry about the the first pic I tried to post.If you save the old knarp,thread it on the new cable and lightly solder the end of the cable.Then lightly flatten the tip of the soldered spot with a hammer.Now you slide the knarp back against the flattened end of the cable and lightly solder the hole .Then file it smooth.Be careful not to get too much solder on the knarp just in the hole and on the cable
