Jerry,

I think you’re exactly right about the bad casting. There is no way to open it up and look at the inside though.

The scooter has never been started. I haven’t been able to get any gas into the line.

I may try getting a very thin drill bit an drilling into the opening of the petcock valve. This may clear the opening enough to allow gas through.
