This is a moped site,and despite the fact that their site calls their scooters mopeds,they are not.In order to be correctly called a moped,it must have both a MOtor and PEDals.I could not find any mopeds on their site,but didn’t really expect to.I did read all the FAQ,and there is some very disturbing fine print,like “Where are your scooters made?They are made in China,like most everything else,by a company that has been making scooters for over a decade”.And,”we do not offer a labor warranty with our scooters”.Did you read this before buying your scooter?I have heard a lot of horror stories just like yours,and the one word that keeps coming up in all of them,is”China”.I hate to say it,but it looks like you’re screwed.Their lawyers are way better than their scooters.Just out of curiosity,do you know what company actually made your scooter?Is there any kind of brand name on it,or the statement of origin?Jerry.
